Returns

We accept returns within 14 days of delivery. Items must be:

● Unworn and unused

● Unwashed

● Free of makeup, stains, pet hair, odors, or damage

● Returned with original tags attached (if applicable)

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.

Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns on:

● Final sale items

● Items that have been worn, washed, or damaged

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you about your refund status. Approved refunds will be issued back to the original payment method.

Please allow several business days for your bank or payment provider to process the refund.

Exchanges

At this time, we do not guarantee exchanges due to limited inventory. If you need a different size, please contact me and we will do our best to help.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If you receive an item that is damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and photos of the item so we can make it right.
